1. Use of the App

DryCast is a utility application designed to help you plan laundry drying based on weather conditions.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• The App is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Premium Features and Purchases

DryCast offers a free version and a "DryCast Pro" premium version.

A. DryCast Pro Lifetime

We offer a one-time purchase option ("Lifetime") that unlocks all premium features permanently. This is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

B. Trial Period

New users may be eligible for a limited-time free trial (e.g., 3 days) of premium features upon first installation. After the trial period expires, premium features will be locked unless purchased.

C. Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective app store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

3. Weather Data Disclaimer

DryCast provides drying forecasts based on third-party weather data.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Weather conditions can change rapidly. We do not guarantee that forecasts will be 100% accurate.
• Not Liable for Damages: We are not responsible for any damage to your laundry or property resulting from reliance on the App's forecasts (e.g., rain damage). Please use your own judgment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to design, code, and graphics) are owned by DryCast and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

6. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DryCast or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
